Today's Weather - the XML / CSS way
This weather map grabs hourly updates from http://weather.boygenius.com/ XML weather feeds (Thank you Todd!) via a cron job. It then formats the information using my custom class written specifically for the job (and parses the XML using the base classes available at PHPxmlclasses, and then using cascading style sheets (the image is from a NASA satellite), displays on the map below.
Requirements
- XML feed from http://weather.boygenius.com/
- Base XML classes from http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/phpxmlclasses/ (included in zip file)
- Patience... :-)

I'm offering the source code (proof of concept) for download under the GPL, and for the most part with no instructions. Some of the code is commented, so you can probably figure it out. You can do as you wish with this code, but I'd appreciate a note if you use it on your page, or some variation. I'll even put your link on this page.
