Every client engagement comes with the same cycle of administrative tasks: creating invoices, drafting contracts, writing service agreements, preparing pitch emails, updating logos, signatures and payment details, exporting PDFs, then opening another platform just to send them.
None of these tasks are particularly difficult. They're simply repeated over and over again.
As creators ourselves, we experienced this same frustration. Every new project meant rebuilding documents we'd already created dozens of times before.
From first setup to client delivery. Every interaction inside Deloj is designed to remove unnecessary steps, letting creators move from idea to completed document without switching between platforms.

The public entry point positions Deloj around one sharp promise: documents set up once, generated fast, and ready to send.
A palette built to feel calm, not corporate.
The burgundy and pastel-blue system carries the same restraint as the product itself: quiet, precise, and built to stay out of the way of the work.

The smallest details often make the biggest difference. Every part of Deloj was designed to remove repetitive tasks that slow creators down throughout the client journey, from saved business memory and consistent branding to flexible, editable workflows and one centralised workspace. Before preparing Deloj for a wider launch, we opened a private pilot programme to a small group of independent creators and freelancers, not simply to test features, but to understand how the platform fit into real client work. Their feedback helped us simplify workflows, improve onboarding and refine how documents move from creation to delivery.
“What surprised me most wasn't how quickly I created an invoice. It was how much time I stopped wasting between different tools. Everything I needed was finally in one place.”
“The onboarding was incredibly straightforward. Within minutes, my branding, signature and business details were already set up, and every document afterwards felt consistent without any extra effort.”
“The experience feels very intuitive. I didn't have to learn a new system or spend time figuring out where things were. Everything was exactly where I expected it to be.”
“Pitching brands is usually the part I procrastinate on the most. Being able to prepare multiple personalised pitches from one workspace completely changed how I approach outreach.”
“It doesn't feel like another business tool. It feels like an assistant that quietly takes care of the repetitive parts of running my business, so I can focus on the work clients actually hired me to do.”
The best products don't simply solve problems. They remove the friction people have quietly accepted for years. That's the approach we take at J5 Studios, designing products, platforms and digital experiences that make work simpler, clearer and more meaningful. If you're building a product, rethinking a workflow or bringing a new idea to life, we'd love to help you build it.
